Paperless strip system implementation will cause capacity reduction at EDDM

EDDM - Munich ACC expects to implement their paperless strip system for the east sector group and expect some disruption caused by this.
A series of Operational trials on following dates and times are planned with capacity reduction of 20%:
11th February 0030z until 13th February 0300z
21st February 0030z until 22nd February 0300z
28th February 0030z until 29th February 0300z
ATFCM measures including scenarios may be applied to cover times where demand exceed the reduced capacities.
Planned cutover is 3rd March with a capacty reduction of 20% initially and normal operations expected on or before March.
