Due to continuous snowfall at LTBA regulation for arrival traffic with low rate continues until 1600 UTC.

Constant cleaning is required of both RWY and taxiways - delays are up to 110 minutes.

Also, zero rate has been implemented for arrivals to LIPE due to weather conditions (snow) and has been extended until 1200 UTC .
